A program I did not request called Authentium Antivirus has been loaded to my computer, has disabled my antivirus and is continuously trying to load. Kaspersky virus removal has found & removed > 9000 instances of Autorun virus. The Authentium AV continues to disable my normal A/V (IOLO) and to load at every boot up. Log file is attyached
First of all go to your control panel -> add/remove programs and find something similar to Authentium Antivirus or some other "guard" that you don't know about- i think you should find it there.Perhaps you did install some other program that did Authentium Antivirus installation silently.

It will just copy some files, please find the quarantine folder in sub folder of avptool,
