1.what is inside C:\WINDOWS\winstart.bat ? Right click, Open it with notepad and tell us :)
2. i don't see active malware in this log, try to remember after what actions this is happening? What browser do you use? Lunch any browser that you use before execution your scan.
3. download in my signature special avz, disable antivirus, and follow [url]http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184[/url].
4. Advanced SystemCare 3- do you use this? Perhaps this is creating this window?
