Please help

I cannot follow the procedure to access the requested websites to run the antivirus/malware detection tools...

I have AVG Internet security 3 pack, when i double click on the tray bar icon, opens up, shows as no components running and then closes up, i downloaded antimalware, installs, but doesnt run.

please advise

when some of the antipyware software i try to install tries to update , it doesnt work

rapidshre.com or depositefile.com work ? If yes, please download special avz in my signature.
Please do 2 logs with it, remember to unload avg before it.
