Your problem: you have a lot of "anti", that can make damage your system more then a virus.
I see sign of kaspersky, avg and avast, hoftspy- all of them together :)
Beside that, your system isn't updated, you need install sp3 and other security updates for windows.
So, solution is :
1) uninstall all of security programs and install one combine solution, or different without overlapping.
2) Do a system update.
