My PC was infected by virus, it turn to extremely slow.

My PC was infected by viruses. It suddenly turn to extremely slow. I already try to scan with antivirus program, but it doesn't work. This viruses can't detect by my current antivirus program. Thanks for the script. Unfortunately this script doesn't work for my computer. when i executing the file, the (the virus remover program) program will be hanged. After executed the script, it makes no diffent for my computer. i have no idea on how to solve my problem. Herein, i had attached again my newly scanned log for your reference. hopefully, your all can give me some guide to solve and fix the problem. Thanks.
