Cannot remove virus
i apologize for my ignorance. kind of new at this. i have a virus on my computer that i have been unsuccessful in removing. NAV found backdoor.??? the virus has disabled NAV, Spybot S+D, and i have tried running Kaspersky Lab scanner and windows live care and both of these freeze up the computer before they finish. Please help

I tried dowmloading DrWeb - CureIT with IE and it tells me the page cannot be displayed

Turn on Passive FTP Mode (see Miscellaneous settings) and try again.

The Passive FTP mode is turned on in the internet options<advanced settings tab. Still tells me the page cannot be displayed when I click on the link. I can browse most internet sights except for Windows Update and this link.

I went to Drweb website and same thing happens. Tried downloadloading with BitComet and it says "error connecting to server.
