My Graphics Card won't work

I have two graphic cards one on board and the other is PCI Express every time i restart the cpu or turnit on i find that the graphic card is not working so the screen won't work and it only works if i attached it to the on board card so there is something that is resetting the board to work only with on board card only even if i restored it to the previous setting with the pci express card being the default card............ First of all, go to "add/remove programs" and find something like "my web search" and uninstall it. It's definitely a spyware.
