explorer.exe keeps restarting, every 5 seconds

my explorer.exe keeps restarting, in safe-mode as well.

i downloaded AVZ and did an advanced scan saved the logged .zip file that was put in the LOGS folder.

I uploaded it to rapidshare as well.
