HELP ME

i have some problem with my PC ,,,
my PC cant open explorer.exe
i try scan with kaspersky virus removal tool
and i found virut ,,, thats virus i think,,
and i deleted that virus with kaspersky tool..
but my explorer.ex still cant open...
sorry for my english before...
