rootkit infected laptop

My laptop has a browser hijacker and when running kaspersky I have found that it has 14 files which it cannot remove as they keep modifying themselves. These infections will not alow my mcafee to update by connecting to the internet

I have attached the log file from kaspersky

Any adice on how to remove these files would swould be welcome. Worst case is I format the PC but I dont really want to do this
