Rootkits found ! Please confirm

Hello. I suspect a rootkit in my server. This server is connected directly to internet. But I suspect some viruses are present. So please help.

Thanks sir for your support. But the server is operating very slow and occasionally the response is very slow (like it has hanged) for 5 to 10 seconds and then normal.
