what are your recommendations

I don't know why I can't install any kind of (except Kaspersky® Virus Removal Tool) ,and the web browser can't find any site of antivirus software (as [url]http://www.kaspersky.com/[/url]),
(I tried to setup windows again to solve this problem but nothing occurs).

Your computer will reboot.
Upload the quarantined files according to the Appendix 3 of [url=http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184]the rules[/url]. (upload here [url]http://virusinfo.info/upload_virus_eng.php?tid=26397[/url] )

Then [B]you have to do following[/B]:
1) On a [B]clean PC[/B] download CureIt! [url]ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/setup.exe[/url]
2) Unpack it and write it to a CD or DVD
3) Do a [B]whole PC check[/B] in the Safe Mode with CureIt! (on CD or DVD) on the [B]infected PC[/B]. Then in the normal mode.

Then make 3 logs according to [url=http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184]the rules[/url].

Nevertheless it is recommended that you do 3 logs for the check of your system. And did you scan the PC with CureIt! ?

After the problem finished I have installed a new windows and I scanned it with CureIt then I have installed the windows again..,
I didn't know what is the 3 logs that you mean.
