Взлом хакером почты

Мою почту взломал хакер.
Помогите пож-та решить эту проблему.

Удалите все установленные версии Java, они устаревшие и со множеством критических уязвимостей.

Учтите, что 64-bit версия Java нужна только для очень ограниченного круга приложений.
