win32/Blaster .worm -- My laptop is not ableto open any application (заявка №105206)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
All programs when trying to start come as infected.Internetexplorer firefox anything even task manager.I am not able to run Fixblast software to delete the virus. Everything i am doing now only through safe mode.I have kaspersky internet security antivirus but i am unable to install now.It is asking for AVPtool.

Antivirus removal tool is not getting downloaded stating some reab problems.Kindly help me yo resolve this
