Can not install Kaspersky Internet security 2011 (заявка №88267)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
I am not able to install Kaspersky Internet security 2011. Windows Vista says the file is infected with a virus and it will not allow me to run the installation. I was able to run the installation previously but i could not complete it becasue it detected norton antivirus on my computer although i had already uninstalled it.
