computer won\'t boot normally (заявка №73522)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
clicked on an object and it shut down and won't restart and the sites for my av and yours come up in russian? the internet goes where it wants not where i want it. I finally got here some how! infections says MEM:Rootkit.Win64.TDSS.fa and won't delete or diinfect. I had to disable drivers to get this machine up. I use IOLO system shield and couldn't get it to come up. So here I am
