Explorer.exe is infected (заявка №63287)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
AVG detected multiple threats and quarantined them when I clicked on some suspicious sites yesterday. Nothing malicious occurred and everything seemed fine.

Now today it keeps telling me explorer.exe is infected. Naturally nothing can be done about this. I've run virus scans and Kapersky virus remover and it found several infected files and got rid of them, but I keep getting this message from AVG. I can browse the net and everything fine but I'm afraid to reboot in case the infection worsens.
