In the Help Me (http://virusinfo.info/forumdisplay.php?f=84) section helpers and experts often advise "fixing in HijackThis" some items and enumerate them.
That means that you are supposed to run HijackThis (http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/), do a system scan, then check the enumerated items in the log and click the "Fix Checked" button. After the operation you should reboot the PC.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
To fix a line beginning with O23:
1. Run HijackThis.
2. Click the Open The Misc Tools section button
3. Click the Delete an NT Service button
4. In the box received input a service name ("aspi113210" in the example below)
5. Click OK
6. Reboot
Example:
O23 - Service: Microsoft ASPI Manager (aspi113210) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\aspi24159.exe (file missing)
In this case you will have to input the following:
aspi113210
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
HijackThis enables you to revert the changes you've made. Run HijackThis, click View the list of backups. Check the items you'd like to restore and click the Restore button.
