Password-protected exe - are these threats?

Ran Kaspersky Virus Removal (with thanks) on Windows Vista Home - "threats" unresolved were listed as "password protected exe" - should I do more with theseÉ

Close/unload all the programs

Switch off:
- Antivirus and, if you have - Firewall.

- Execute following script (http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9207) in Manual Healing
