I seem to be having a problem with downloading Kaspersky 2010 onto my laptop. I have tried loads of time to upload it but it told me to downlaod kaspersky virus removal tool which i did it scanned for 7 hours and after that it gathered the information and told me to send the report to the technical support team where i should follow their instructions. But i'm stuck now and dont know what to do. Please someone out there help me. Thank you
