I'm suspecting virus or malware in my PC (under Windows XP SP2) because of links to URL files doesn't work : Internet Explorer tries to download the file instead of opening the URL site.

Here's the report from Kapersky Virus Removal Tool.

Pls. run the script

begin
QuarantineFile('system32\DRIVERS\ssmdrv.sys','');
end.
and upload the quarantine file following the rules.
Pls. supply the hijackthis.log

Unfortunately, the script pops a red window error from Kapersky Virus Removal with text : '<AVZ_scan> failed'.
The folder ..\Kaspersky Lab Tool\quarantine is still empty with nop quarantine file to upload to you...

But then I do the hijackthis log following :

I'm sorry, this should be a file from Avira ;)
Besides I cannot find any malware on your system.
Try to clean your system with CCleaner and/or ClearProg (pls. google to find them ;))
Use another browser (Firefox, Opera etc. )

thanks, sure that changing browser could be a solution... Next time my URL links will fail, i will apply new Internet tools...
