Viruses/AdWware issues

Got jammed up on You Tube with a real mess. A fake monkey of all things potting in a show, next thing I knew, popups and ads everywhere! I have attached a zip file as per Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool has suggested.. If you can help, I would really appreciate it.
