Rename folder in folder dot exxe

from one month ago I recognize in Total commander that some on my folders have exe extension and I try to find out how to repair this with avast but... If you have a solution maybe you can send some medicament

Switch off/Disable:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore

- Execute following script in Manual disinfection

 DeleteFile('C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-5339049113-2340567236-124364450-4019\sysinfo.exe');
 DeleteFile('C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-8571641262-1329637583-296387506-6979\sysinfo.exe');
ExecuteWizard('TSW', 2, 2, true);
ExecuteWizard('SCU', 2, 2, true);
BC_ImportAll;
ExecuteSysClean;
BC_Activate;
SetAVZPMStatus(True);
RebootWindows(true);

After reboot execute following script in Manual disinfection

CreateQurantineArchive('C:\quarantine.zip');
end.

and upload the C:\quarantine.zip over the link Upload quarantined files on the top of this page.

- Make a log file with Hijackthis ( Analysis, p.3 for further informations).
- Make a new log of KVRT
- Attach both logs to your new post..
