Dear Sir/Ma'am
I have been trying to intall kis 2010 but when ever intallation reaches to the middle it rolls back and displays intallation could not be completed due to some error. The reason provided that my machine might be infected with severe infection which is not allowing to complete the intallation.
I have also came across this strange thing that whenever I am trying to change the properties of my video files, though it shows the property is now changed but it actually isn't and also when I am trying to delete some of the video files, the deletion is denied and the reason told is that the file is currently being used.
Please help me out....I don't wanna format my machine....thanks....have a great day and bye....
