Kaspersky keeps allowing viruses to enter even though i updte databases regularly and have changed settings.

My computer has 4 viruses and 3 trojans already, even though i update my databases regularly. I want to remove these viruses and i have downloaded the kaspersky virus removal tool and have followed the instructions. It says i need a script so i can paste it into the box in order for it to 'execute'.
