Virus still present after formatting hd

I have formatted my computer twice because of a virus (W32.Netsky.gen@mm) and still have it present. I am using symantec antivirus and it is detecting this virus (and can not remove it) in the mcrshield.exe file.

I tried the Kaspersky Virus removal tool and it could not remove it. The Log is the following file: avptool_sysinfo

Close/unload all the programs excepted AVZ and Internet Explorer

Switch off:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore


- Execute following script in Manual Healing

SetAVZGuardStatus(True);
 QuarantineFile('c:\windows\system32\mcrshield.exe','');
 TerminateProcessByName('c:\windows\system32\mcrshield.exe');
 DeleteFile('c:\windows\system32\mcrshield.exe');
BC_ImportAll;
ExecuteSysClean;
BC_Activate;
RebootWindows(true);
end.

After reboot:
- Execute following script in Manual Healing

begin
CreateQurantineArchive('C:\quarantine.zip');    
end.

- Upload the C:\quarantine.zip here: http://virusinfo.info/upload_virus_eng.php?tid=82684
- Repeat a log file.
- Attach a new log to your new post..
