Unable to re-install kaspersky internet security 2010

Two weeks back ,I was unable to display my Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 (console/window).

That week I could see the application active on the System tray.I used the Auto scan option from in their.

However , the application didnt seem to perform any of the required updates or scans.I refered to the 'HELP' directory in kaspersky Internet security 2010 and tried to scan it via ,the command prompt, which didnt work either.

I tried to repair the application but the button became inactive.I have uninstalled the application and now ,I am unable to re install it.

please let me know if I have to upload any other file,for your reference.I am unable to generate the virusinfo_syscheck.zip file

you have to make a choice between Kaspersky and TrendMicro: both programs cannot run simultaneously.

I didnot maintain a record of the Trend Micro password, therefore I was unable to uninstall it.I removed it directly by deleting a few of its links from with in the registry using
regedit.exe

This was well before I installed KIS 2010, I want to learn as to how ,I can re install KIS 2010 back again.Pls let me know how I could completely remove Trend Micro.

Ask about the password the installer of this program. I'm sorry, I'm not sure now, it you're the owner of this PC
