the virus doesnt let me open my task manager. it interrupts with any kind of program installation and doesnt let me access command prompt.

also, it blocks me from accessing any website related to anti virus programs. that's about the symptoms i have...

i have tried the kaspersky virus tool removal to no avail.

help me out here thanks many.

Switch off/Disable:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore

- Execute following script in Manual disinfection

SearchRootkit(true, true);
SetAVZGuardStatus(True);
ClearQuarantine;
 QuarantineFile('C:\DOCUME~1\admin\LOCALS~1\Temp\SIP145.tmp','');
 QuarantineFile('F:\autorun.wsh','');
 DeleteFile('F:\autorun.wsh');
 DeleteFile('C:\DOCUME~1\admin\LOCALS~1\Temp\SIP145.tmp');
BC_ImportAll;
ExecuteSysClean;
BC_Activate;
SetAVZPMStatus(True);
RebootWindows(true);
end.

After reboot execute following script in Manual disinfection

begin
CreateQurantineArchive('C:\quarantine.zip');
end.

and upload the C:\quarantine.zip over the link Upload quarantined files on the top of this page.

- Install Service Pack 3 for Windows XP + subsequent updates + Internet Explorer 8
- Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool cleanmgr or CCleaner or ClearProg
- Repeat a log file of AVPTool.
- Attach a log to your new post..
