Constant pops and hijacked search results

Please help. I keep getting redirected to porn websites when i use google and yahoo searches. My niece cant use the PC now because of this. I have tried hijackthis, spybot and a numerous of other resources on the web to try and remove this worm or trojan or virus.. not quite sure how to classify it.
