The system appears fine UNLESS you Log in under the primary users account. Under that account the PC ANTISPYWARE software runs and no matter where we search we cannot find the source. This is a domain user that has admin privileges to the system.
I finally removed the users login from the system. I can repeat this anytime. Just login as that user.
I never saw anything this odd. When logged in as this user you cannot run task manager, cmd prompt, cannot run the Kas cleanup tools nor system restore. We even have issues under Safe mode though the Fake antispyware software does not start.
Scanned the users network MY docs directory with KAs and found nothing.
I did clean the system several times with Malwarebytes and Kas. Yet if I again login as the one network user the rogue software runs again.
