Problem with very slow computer

Late last week, computer became very very slow.
i can see huge activitiy through system manager, even though no applications are running (avp.exe & teatimer.exe are taking up to 125,000 k)
The CPU usage is reaching 100%

Have run virus checks, AVZ and hijackthis as requested (all log files attached)

Can anyone advise??

- Clear hosts-file over replacing it: http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=61042
- Remove Bonjour
- Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool cleanmgr or CCleaner or ClearProg
- Install Service Pack 3 for WinXP and all important updates (www.windowsupdate.com)
- Install the last version of Adobe Acrobat.
