Here's the problem:
After the system is loaded, I open some programs (the Opera, Bat, Light Alloy, etc) they open quickly... But if it will be connected to the Internet and to open any program, it is necessary to wait long (from 5-15 minutes)... After that interval all programms started at once... I can not understand this problem... Antivirus DrWeb... Bases 17.12.2009... Viruses and suspicious programs are not present... Has rummaged around register on presence of incorrect shortcuts to shares... Nothing...
The problem has appeared 5-6 days ago.

After all programms was loaded by a pack... The subsequent starts of programs without a delay.
