Greetings- Aunt Sandra called, said this computer is running so slow. I knew what that meant. Bad news. I ran Dr.Web in safe mode, then selected heal and delete and restarted and it started to shutdown for re-boot ..then it happened , the dreaded B.S.O.D. (Just glad she wasn't in the room they seem to look worse than they are)0x00000019 bad _pool_header . That's where ya'll come in .Hope these logs are right they look different this time somehow. P.s. thanks for the vista instructions, this computer is my first time. I"ll take good ol' XP any day. Good luck....logs enclosed

After restart, upload quarantine via the link http://virusinfo.info/upload_virus_eng.php?tid=56197 , as it's described in app.2 of the rules of "Help me!" section and make new logs. You'd better make all the 3 logs.

Hello again.
I can see nothing harmful in your logs, but still have some advices. First of all: AOL toolbar is an adaware - I suggest you to uninstall it as soon as possible.
For the second: the programs like spysweeper cannot protect your aunt of malware, but could be the cause of blue screens, especially when they are used with active antivirus. I see the traces both of Trend Micro and Symantec antiviruses in your logs. Is any of them active?
In the end, I suggest you to install SP2 for Windows Vista and all the updates that are avalable through Windows update center.
