English mostly As you can see these logs are just snapshots of the current state of your system. They give information about running processes, services and programs that are installed. You can read it without any special tools.

What Computer Language Does those scripts are in?

I just know C and C++. Very basic

What other language should I learn to understand all of these.

And my subscription to Norton will be getting over.

But I dont wanna opt for some other Antivrus.

The AVZ's script language's syntax is based on the structure of the pascal language, I suppose. There are some procedures and functions that are part of this this program - you can call them in the script. Their syntax is described in the .hlp - file, but as far as I know it has not been translated yet.
As for antivirus program - as I've said I can't suggest you anything - it's against the forum's rules, I'm sorry.

jUST TO check the system functions I just hadDone a System Scan SFS/SCANNOW

It says some of the files are corrupted. ANd it says it unable to fix them.

What should I do?

Is this your case? If so,

You can safely ignore the error messages in the CBS.log file. The SFC.exe command falsely reports the Settings.ini file information in the CBS.log file.
