hoe to remove Kajgana.exe from connecting automatically to the net.

Hi. This is my first post. i need help for nod32 v2.5. Its IMON detects the following virus, everytime i logon to the internet:

hттp://xxx/kajgana.exe , which is a variant of Win32/Kryptic.AJT trojan

and

hттp://xxx/xxx/finito/turska555.exe , which is a variant of Win32/peerfrag.DS worm


and

hттp://xxx/xxx/finito/turska475.exe , which is a variant of Win32/peerfrag.DS worm




How can i stop my computer from connecting to the above site? what is causing it to connect and how can i remove it? If i remove it, would it also corrupt my window requiring me to install windows again? please help me? I am very very worried and dont know what to do? I donot want my windows to be corrupted as i have alot of useful softwares installed on it and may not be able to install them again.
