My new thread was related to my home PC which is diffrerent from my laptop thread, sorry to have not mentioned it seperately earlier. This new thread "My Home PC with Virus" is related to my home PC.

I have not ececuted the script as per message quoted below as I was confused whether it related to my home PC or office laptop.

I am uploading the required files related to my Home PC in this thread. Please help me with the virus infection. I have Kaspersky 6 installedbut it is not getting updated.

Oh, I'm very sorry about my misunderstanding ...
You have to start the tools for logging 'as administrator'
BTW: If you have Vista 64bit, AVZ cannot help you at all (64-bit versions aren't supported).
