    Problem when turning off computer

    Hello:

    I've some issues with my computer, sometimes it takes a lot to turn off, there are sometimes that takes too much to start a new application or installing one... One of the most annoying issues it has is when I want to delete a file, it takes minutes to delete it, and the file is just a few KB of size... There are other issues that it has been suffering... I remember that I used a software to unlock windows registry or something like that a while ago... Maybe that's the root of the problem, the only thing I can say is that Antivirus haven't successfully solved the problem. I used Kaspersky and I attached the report. Any help is welcome!

    Switch off/Disable:
    - Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
    - System Restore

    AVPTool should be started 'as adminstrator'

    - Execute following script in Manual Cure

     StopService('Ehreninortu');
     QuarantineFile('C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\07977231.sys','');
     QuarantineFile('Ehreninortu.sys','');

     DeleteFile('F:\autorun.inf');
     DeleteFile('Ehreninortu.sys');
     DeleteFile('C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\Ehreninortu.sys');
     DeleteFile('C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\07977231.sys');
     DeleteService('Ehreninortu');
    BC_ImportAll;
    ExecuteSysClean;
    BC_DeleteSvc('Ehreninortu');
    ExecuteRepair(13);
    BC_Activate;
    RebootWindows(true);
    end.
    After reboot execute following script in Manual Cure

    CreateQurantineArchive('C:\quarantine.zip');
    end.
    - Remove Bonjour
    - Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool cleanmgr or CCleaner or ClearProg
    - Close all the programs and start only Internet Explorer!!!
    - Repeat a log file.
    - Switch Antivirus and, if you have - Firewall, on.
    - Go On-Line
    - Upload the quarantine.zip over the link Upload quarantined files on the top of this page.
    - Attach a log to your new post..
