I am facing a problem of continuous generation of these files when I am loggen in with the internet. AVP tool can not delete the root cause of these file generation. Please help.

You have couple antivirus programs -one from Mcafee and one from QuickHeal
As you can see, it is not helping. One it is enough
You should uninstall both and install one, that you like more. I like more from kaspersky but it is a different story.
Download in my signature an avz.
Close/unload all the programs excepted AVZ and Internet Explorer

Switch off:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore

- Execute following script

After reboot:
- Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool cleanmgr or CCleaner or ClearProg
- Close all the programs and start only Internet Explorer!!!
- Repeat 3 log files in accordance with the rules.
- Switch Antivirus and, if you have - Firewall, on.
- Go On-Line
- Upload the quarantine in accordance with Appx. 3 of the rules.
- Attach 3 logs to your new post..
