Please Fix

This is very difficult for us noncomputer people...shouldn't this be easier if you by Kaspersky for the program to actually work and fix viruses? It should be a one click solution for the amount of money that you pay and it seems like Kaspersky doesn't work....I get viruses all the time and I can't quaritine them to delete...please make this more user friendly...and I would love any help as well.

3.You have an old version of kaspersky.Please go to official site and download the latest version http://www.kaspersky.com/kav_latest_...link=206910255
uninstall yours, do restart, and install the new one.
Make an update, then full scan.Delete/cure if it will find something.
