computer freezes

Computer freezes completely and in any action at different times.
Sometimes at booting, login or any other action or even no action by user.
Virusses win32.netsky.d and win32.kido.bt were removed by KAV 2009 successfully, but the Symptoms are still present.
Please visit the enclosed file generated by the Kaspersky virus removal tool which recommended me to send it to you for help.

1.You should disable system restore(see our FAQ)

Upload a quarantine ( it should be in Kaspersky virus removal tool sub -folder, remember to zip it with password virus )
