Пользователь обратился в сервис 911, указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
I was doing my day-by-day checking on the viruses/malwares, but my Microsoft Security Essentials blocked and stopped working.
I downloaded the Kaspersky 2011, but when I tried to install it, a program showed up and proposed to clean my viruses with a subscription.
I restarted the computer in safe mode and tried again to install Kaspersky, but a window popped up saying my computer was infected and suggesting a AVPTools for downloading. I downloaded it and I've been cleaning my data through AVPtools.
